Assay Reading

CLEIS is a tailor-made software solution designed to perform automatic reading, analysis and interpretation of CLART® based diagnostic tests.

The solution can test 1 up to 96 samples per run and the detection & analysis of micro spots is performed immediately after developing a specific precipitation staining microarray pattern on the chip.

Sample processing involves the following experimental procedures:

• Sample preparation
• DNA extraction, amplification & target labeling
• Specific hybridization
• Visualization of results through colorimetric detection and analysis
