| Lirix 3.0 is a sophisticated software developed for Xiril, for operating liquid handling robotic workstations. With Lirix 3.0, user is able to define labware and hardware equipment as well as different types of liquids. By combining the defined equipment, various layouts can be created and numerous of process can be executed. Backing up capabilities and user access management are key features that make the software even more powerful! | The CAR platform is designed for rapid and accurate detection and analysis in routine lab applications. CARSoft, part of the CAR platform, is a software responsible for creating runs and helps end users to define the parameters of a run. Users are able to scan up to 12 tubes or plates with up to 12 stripes (8 wells each), assigning any available assay to each tube/strip. The results of each scan are interpratated and displayed in a user friendly HTML format. Moreover user is able to diplay previous runs and rescan a tube/strip. |
SOPI is an end user application for being used with Xiril instruments. The purpose of the application is to have an easy tool for any user at a lab for managing the instrument. SOPI allows working through worklist and panels of different kind of test and patterns and can also be used for aliquot and slide applications. |
Lirix Task Manager is a task scheduling module that can handle, control and coordinate tasks on Xiril instruments. It is designed so as to be possible to connect to an instrument through various protocols and interfaces. Thus it is possible to handle tasks on local instruments (i.e. using COM objects) or on instruments connected through standard remote connections (i.e. ethernet). |
